Rainbow fluorite is the mineral form of calcium fluoride. It is commonly found around the world. Rainbow fluorite gets it's name from the array of colours seen throughout the stone, commonly in bands. Fluorite is best seen with strong light. These specimens are semi-polished with a raw side. A very rare style of specimens that is rarely seen with such great colour and translucency. This piece has a clear white raw side and the stone is not translucent as the others. However, it is much more blue than the others.
Kindly note that while we take every effort to photograph each photo with the intention of them being as colour accurate as possible, we are unable to control how they will appear on different screens. As stones are natural, there may be some imperfections in them. We have done our best to photograph any imperfections so that you can make an informed decision as well. Should you wish for additional photos, videos or more information about any piece, please do not hesitate to contact us.
