How can I pay?

Our preferred payment method is PayNow. You will be shown the QR code at checkout or you can contact us via our Instagram page. The code is also available below. As this website is based on Shopify, we also use Shopify payments if you are uncomfortable/or are unable to pay with PayNow. Shopify payments is a secure method of paying and is PCI compliant. You can use most credit cards with Shopify Payments.

Can I PayNow you by your UEN number instead?

You certainly can! Our UEN number is: 53409178D

How much is shipping?

Local shipping is a flat $5 for all orders under $100 and free for orders above $100. Overseas shipping is by weight and calculated at checkout. 

What carrier do you use?

For local shipping, we use NinjaVan. This way, we can be sure that all packages reach you in the fastest, safest manner. For overseas shipping, we either use SingPost, or SpeedPost, which is the EMS service for Singapore. If you would like to ship using another method, kindly contact us.

Do you accept returns?

As all our products are fragile, we currently only accept local returns where we can meet with you to collect the items. We do not wish for any item to be damaged during transit and will only be able to refund you in full should the item reach us in it's original condition. Hence, we are currently only able to accept returns if we can collect them directly from you. 

Why are the colours of my items a little different from your website?

We do our best to ensure that all items are accurately portrayed on the website. This includes the colours. However, as different screens and monitors have different colour profiles, we cannot guarantee that our images will look exactly the same across all screens. Compounded to that issue, there are also limitations with the camera sensors. We use a mirrorless camera to take all photos on the website. However, even the sensor does have it's limitations. All this being said, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases so if you do have any questions regarding each product, or if you would like to see more photos or videos, please do not hesitate to contact us! 

How best can I contact you?

As we do not always have access to the email account, we tend to reply faster via Instagram Direct Messaging. If you do not have Instagram, you can still send us an email, use the contact us form on this website, or use Facebook messenger to contact us. There are many ways to reach us and we promise to respond as soon as possible!
